We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in the jewelry industry for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 1-month contract, with a very high chance of becoming permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace and is confident managing multiple priorities at once.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions for 8 store locations, making this a highly visible and important role within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing competing deadlines.

This position requires someone who can work under immense pressure, remain calm and organized, and effectively prioritize tasks across multiple locations.

Advantages $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience Monday–Friday, fully in-office Located near Yorkdale, Toronto 1-month contract with a very high possibility of becoming permanent Immediate start Opportunity to work with a well-established company in the jewelry industry High level of responsibility and exposure to multiple store locations Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support for 8 retail store locations Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative needs across all stores Act as a key point of contact between the stores, head office, and internal teams Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages and documents Manage Fed

Ex shipments, deliveries, and related administrative requirements Enter invoices accurately into internal systems Process and place orders through internal systems Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Follow up on outstanding administrative tasks and requests Assist with scheduling, correspondence,



and general office coordination Support store managers and teams with various administrative needs Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and within required deadlines Troubleshoot administrative issues and find solutions quickly Take ownership of multiple priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities as required Qualifications Previous experience in a Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role Strong administrative experience with the ability to support multiple locations or teams Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under immense pressure and manage multiple competing priorities Strong time-management and prioritization skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry and internal systems Highly reliable, proactive, and resourceful Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-up skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Highly trustworthy and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry is an asset Summary This is a 1-month contract position with a very high chance of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
