You will manage full-cycle recruitment across heavy civil construction, mining, oil sands and infrastructure projects in Alberta, collaborating with hiring managers and field leadership.The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, robust sourcing and interview skills, and familiarity with ATS and MS Office.
