Job Summary: The Senior Solutions Designer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large, complex CRM systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, and Dynamics.

This role requires extensive experience in J2EE integration, business architecture, and system analysis to deliver robust business solutions.

The position involves working with n-tier web-based applications and requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and maintain large complex CRM systems including Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, and Dynamics.

Perform J2EE integration with various COTS systems.

Deliver business architecture and conduct business and system analysis.

Design detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.

Analyze and design changes to existing web-based software solutions.

Develop and debug XSL transformations using XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and related IDE tools.

Work within Agile SDLC methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues effectively.

Required Skills & Certifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics, or other COTS CRM systems.





Minimum 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with CRM or other COTS systems.

Strong knowledge of business architecture, business analysis, and system analysis.

Hands-on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5.

Experience with source code management tools such as Subversion or CVS.

Proficiency in XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and transformation capabilities, including experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or similar tools.

Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements.

Working knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with OPS Development standards and processes.

Previous experience in the public sector or OPS environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize innovative solutions.

Robust interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.

Adaptability to change in a dynamic work environment.
