Job Description Position: Software Developer – CRM – Senior Client: Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC), Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Location: Toronto, Ontario – 100% Onsite, Monday to Friday Contract: September 21, 2026 – March 31, 2027 Extension: Possible, up to 1 additional term Openings: 1 Security Clearance: No clearance required Submission Limit: 1 candidate Closing Date: October 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST Position Overview The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM to design, develop, integrate, test, implement, and support enterprise CRM solutions.

The successful candidate will work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, .NET/C#, Java

Script, Web APIs, Azure SQL, Dev

Ops, and CI/CD pipelines .

The resource will be responsible for translating technical and business requirements into working, tested applications and will collaborate with IT professionals, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This is a fully onsite position in Toronto , with the resource required to work Monday through Friday during standard working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks .

Key Responsibilities Translate technical systems specifications and business requirements into working, tested applications.

Develop detailed programming specifications and technical designs.

Design, develop, configure, customize, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain CRM applications.

Develop solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, .NET, C#, and Java

Script .

Perform both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365 .

Design and develop Dataverse solutions and integrations.

Develop custom Web APIs using ASP.NET / .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL .

Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft cloud technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software applications, integrations, deployments, migrations, and production environments.

Develop and maintain Dev

Ops processes, task boards, pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

Participate in Agile development practices, including Kanban/task boards.

Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service , including: Case Management Knowledge Management Customer Service Workspace Agent Experience Profiles Session Templates Workstreams Routing Develop Power Platform solutions, including: Power Apps Model-Driven Apps Power Pages Canvas Apps Custom PCF Controls Liquid/server-side templating Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and application validation.

Participate in design walkthroughs with project teams.

Conduct impact assessments and support application implementation, conversion, migration, and post-implementation activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, assessments, reviews, user documentation, and system documentation.

Provide technical assistance and post-implementation support.

Ensure solutions comply with applicable enterprise standards, accessibility requirements, and AODA .

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolution.

Support application quality assurance from a technical perspective.

Work collaboratively within Agile teams and consistently meet project deadlines.

Requirements Mandatory Technical Skills Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in the following areas: Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design .

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 interoperability, integration, and capabilities with other Microsoft cloud technologies .

Working knowledge of both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365 .





Working knowledge of Dataverse design and development .

Working knowledge of development using Azure technologies .

Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform .

Understanding/proficiency across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service .

Experience with Case Management .

Experience with Knowledge Management .

Experience configuring and developing Customer Service Workspace .

Experience with Agent Experience Profiles .

Experience with Session Templates .

Experience with Workstreams and Routing .

Experience with both low-code and custom Dynamics 365 development .

Custom Development Working knowledge of .NET and C# .

Working knowledge of Java

Script .

Experience developing custom Web APIs .

Experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core .

Experience with Entity Framework .

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements and related standards.

Experience preparing user and system documentation.

Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise integration patterns.





Oracle / Enterprise Application Experience The role also includes requirements associated with Oracle-based enterprise applications.

Relevant candidates should have experience with: Conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business Suite application customizations and extensions .

Strong conversion experience involving Accounts Receivable / Collections modules .

Strong programming skills in: Oracle Database PL/SQL SQL XML Unix Shell Scripting Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Business knowledge of: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Accounts Payable (AP) Inventory (INV) Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite table structures related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV, and FND .

Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and partitioned tables .

Experience with Data Warehouse and ETL methodologies .

Experience with OBIEE .

Experience with Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) is an asset.

Strong technical leadership and communication skills to oversee technical quality assurance.

Work Arrangement 100% Onsite – Toronto, Ontario The selected candidate must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks at the designated Ontario Public Service office.
