Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in coaching and developing the sales team, driving customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations in a rapid-paced retail environment.

The role requires leading as manager on duty, opening/closing the store, and executing growth initiatives while fostering an inclusive, engaged team. A minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience and strong communication skills are required.
