The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leading on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards and support teamwork and employee development.
As Store Lead, you’ll mentor associates, address performance concerns with the Store Manager, participate in training initiatives, and help drive store profitability while ensuring a protected, organized shopping
