About this role We're looking for a mid-level iOS Engineer to join our One Logistics team at Just Eat Takeaway, where you'll own the iOS compliance module powering delivery compliance — supporting couriers at every stage of the delivery process from pickup to proof of delivery.

Location: remote Canada Reporting to: Technology Manager These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Finger on the pulse of the latest iOS/Swift trends.

Ability to write expressive, readable, composable, and testable Swift code.

Understanding of the iOS application & view lifecycles.

Basic understanding of iOS provisioning profiles and certificates.

Basic understanding of functional & reactive programming.

Observance of Clean architectural and coding principles.





Experience with Mobile Automation Testing. knowledge of UIKit and swiftUI Positive problem-solving skills.

Good verbal communication skills.

Desire to share knowledge with engineers of all levels.

Willingness to constantly improve quality standards.

Bonus: practical experience with React Native What will you bring to the table? Familiarity with MVVM architectural patterns.

Experience releasing and maintaining live iOS/Cocoa applications.

Familiarity with Fastlane and/or maintaining CI/CD workflows.

Familiarity with debugging, performance measurement, and test-driven development.

Understanding of REST principles and exposure to the backend.

Experience using Git and related tools like Git

Hub and Bitbucket.

Passion for engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
