This is an opportunity to do meaningful work, stay active, and build valuable teaching and leadership skills.
No previous swim-teaching experience is required.
We provide paid training in our curriculum and teaching methods.

Small classes , typically four swimmers per instructor.
Year-round, part time work with consistent weekly shifts. A supportive team and structured curriculum to guide your lessons.
Opportunities to grow into Lead Instructor or Deck Supervisor roles as the program grows.
What you’ll do Teach water safety, survival skills, and swimming using the British Swim School curriculum.
Create fun, encouraging lessons for children with different abilities and comfort levels.
Help nervous swimmers build confidence and celebrate their progress.
Follow pool safety procedures and maintain attentive supervision during lessons.
Track student progress and communicate positively with parents and caregivers.
Assist with lesson equipment setup and cleanup.
Participate in training and collaborate with instructors and the deck team.
What we’re looking for Ability to confidently swim at least two swimming strokes . A patient, enthusiastic approach and enjoyment of working with children.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow our teaching methods.
Comfort being in the water throughout scheduled lessons.
Availability for consistent weekly shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.
Helpful, but not required Lifeguard certification.
Previous teaching, coaching, camp, or childcare experience. A competitive swimming background.
First Aid and CPR certification.
