Fraser Health is seeking a Client Partner, Capital Developments' Strategic Change to lead operational readiness for the current Surrey hospital opening in 2030. You will coordinate engagement with diverse stakeholders, develop readiness plans, and escalate issues impacting timelines.

Strong change management and project leadership are essential. Experience with hospital redevelopments and Smartsheet is an asset.
