CapWest Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead growth across its civil, pumping, framing, exterior panel systems, drywall, and current acquisitions in the BC market. The role focuses on securing new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and coordinating across multiple divisions from initial contact to award.

You will maintain an active CRM pipeline, coordinate with estimators and operations, and represent CapWest at industry events.
