The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 40+ programs with a $51 million budget. You’ll supervise a small finance team, partner with leaders, and translate complex numbers into actionable insights to guide decisions and improve systems.

CPA required; solid governance, ASNPO knowledge, and a track record in not-for-profit finance are essential. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Victoria, BC.
