About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a high-performing organization in the financial services sector to find a Strategic Projects & Events Lead. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves bringing complex ideas to life, connecting the dots between people and priorities, and taking full ownership of high-profile initiatives.

Working closely with a senior executive, youll lead projects spanning events, philanthropy, external engagements, partnerships and special initiatives. Some may take weeks, others several months. Youll be the person keeping everyone aligned, anticipating what comes next and ensuring the details are handled without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Your Responsibilities

- Youll lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution.
- Youll coordinate high-profile events, working with external event planners, vendors, partners and internal teams.
- Youll support philanthropic initiatives, fundraising activities and community engagements.
- Youll manage executive speaking engagements and other external opportunities, including research, briefing materials and logistics.
- Youll coordinate special operational projects involving external contractors and service providers.




- Youll serve as a key point of contact across senior executives, investors, donors, partners and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, events, experiential marketing, consulting or a related setting.
- Proven ability to independently own complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident presenting recommendations and constructively challenging ideas.
- Hands-on, resourceful approach with the ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend commitments related to events.
