The Role We are looking for a versatile IT Engineer to support our users and infrastructure across a mixed Mac, Windows,



and mobile workplace. This role blends hands‑on help desk support with Tier 2 systems administration and network troubleshooting. You will be the go‑to technical resource onsite, working independently to resolve issues, maintain systems, and keep our hardware and software assets accurately managed. You will also partner with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and ongoing IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities Help Desk & End-User Support Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows laptops, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications.
