Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Recruiter II to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convertPay Rate: Starting from $36-40 per hourLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: HybridBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Responsibilities:Partner with management in the proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas to build a talent pipeline for investment portfolioCreate and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, both passive and activeCoach managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteriaStay current on recruitment trends in the insurance space by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and skilled associationsInternally market our services to employees and managers, promoting our value add and expertiseDrive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidateManage and/or participate in projects as needed Experience & Qualification Requirement:3-5 years of recruiting experience within the insurance or financial industry preferredExperience using alternative sourcing methods,



with a focus on social media and networking toolsDemonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients while providing business solutionsOrganized and detail oriented with a pro-active approachDemonstrated ability to navigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities with easePrevious experience using Workday and PHENOM is an assetBackground screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
