You Will
- Have a excellent deal of food and beverage experience.
- Have prior supervisor experience.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Have experience in line cooking.
- Keeping the F&B; Manager informed of inventory requirements.
- Assist staff with the cleaning and over all look of the lodge.
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Answer general questions regarding Nakiska.
- Work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
You
- Have previous experience in supervising staff
- Have a current Pro-serve Certificate
- Supervise staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
- Are capable of multitasking and handling stressful job situations.
- Must possess the desire to provide a high level of genuine customer service
