Joining us as a Supply Chain Manager means applying your solid leadership, strategic mindset, and business acumen to make a meaningful impact on our operations.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading all sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and shipping activities to ensure a reliable supply chain, optimize costs, and support the company's growth objectives. You will play a key role in supplier development, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

On a daily basis, you will:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing relationships with North American and international suppliers.
- Oversee purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations in support of production requirements.
- Coordinatesupplier qualification and regulated supplier or component changes with Quality& Regulatory and Engineering.
- Owninbound and outbound logistics,



customer shipping, transportation, customs,brokerage, and freight management.
- Managecarriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logisticsproviders.
- Ensure import, export, customs,and shipping documentation requirements are met.
- Maintain sufficient knowledgeof Canadian, U.S., European, and other applicable shipping requirements tosupport Hazloc’s markets
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Travelwithin North America and internationally as required, typically approximately5–10%.
