- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings and candidate communications
- Manage timely updates and inquiries from candidates during hiring
- Utilize Oracle for screening, tracking,



and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment events like career fairs and information sessions
- Maintain comprehensive talent pipelines using LinkedIn and job boards

Requirements:

- 5+ years in high-volume recruitment and HR practices

- Technical expertise across recruitment systems
