Para Med is seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse to provide in-home care across Ontario. You will conduct assessments, execute and monitor care plans, and build trusting relationships with patients of varying ages and needs.

This role offers autonomy, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team. Travel within assigned areas is required, with on-call coverage to ensure patient safety.
