Machine Operator - Full-Time (Training on Days, Transition to Afternoons)

Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company in Mississauga, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Shift Details

- Start on Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) for training
- Move to Afternoon Shift (2:30pm - 11:30pm) after training

What You'll Be Doing

- Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production machines
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet standards




- Identify and resolve minor issues to reduce downtime
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals and KPIs
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years of machine operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to complete training on days and transition to nights
