Hercules Group of Companies in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team. You will manage customer accounts, pursue delinquent balances, and post payments, while ensuring exact record-keeping and compliance with confidentiality standards.

The role requires a Grade 12 diploma and AR experience. Strong analytical skills, ERP and MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
