Calgary Foothills PCN is seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition. In this role, you'll work with physicians and health professionals to create personalized nutrition care plans and educate patients about dietary choices.

You will leverage your excellent communication skills to support patients' health goals and contribute to nutrition program planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide nutrition care during individual and group appointments




- Develop patient-centered nutrition care plans
- Deliver engaging nutrition education and counselling
- Act as a nutritional resource for team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition
- Completion of a dietetic internship
- Registration or eligibility with the College of Dietitians of Alberta
- Minimum three years' experience preferred
- Experience in primary care is an asset
