Take on the role of Designated Custodian at Wonowon School, responsible for cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Work six hours a day, five days a week.

This key position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborates with site officers and the Custodial Working Lead. You will be the primary custodian tasked with ensuring the upkeep of School District facilities while performing minor building maintenance.

Applicants should possess a Grade 10 education, cleaning experience, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and disinfect interior, fixtures, and windows
- Ensure building security at all times
- Perform minor repairs on doors and furniture
- Organize seasonal clean-ups for thorough building maintenance
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education
- 1 year of commercial or school cleaning experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
- Ability to operate large cleaning equipment
- WHMIS certification and transparent criminal record check necessary
