The City of Guelph is seeking a committed individual for a part-time role in the Operations Department. Reporting directly to City Hall, the ideal candidate will focus on quality customer service while ensuring compliance with local property standards.

With a foundation in municipal by-law enforcement and solid communication skills, you will contribute to achieving the city’s inclusive community vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections under the Yard Maintenance by-law
- Prepare and issue notices related to property inspections
- Assist inspectors in enforcement activities
- Conduct additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Graduate of a two-year Police Foundations program
- Two years of municipal by-law enforcement experience
- Certification in Property Standards is an asset
- Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
