Halifax County is seeking an experienced, team-oriented, and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to lead and modernize the County’s human resources function. This position will serve as the County’s senior human resources professional and a trusted advisor to the County Administrator, constitutional officers, department heads, supervisors, and employees.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, classification and compensation, workforce development, employee recognition, and human resources systems.
