Princess Court – Dryden, OntarioDistrict of Kenora Homes for the AgedSalary Range - $79,747.30-$95,680.00Deadline to apply - October 4, 2026The District of Kenora Homes for the Aged is currently seeking a compassionate and cooperative BSO Social Worker / Admissions Lead to join our team at Princess Court in Dryden, Ontario.Reporting to the Site Administrator, the successful candidate will work closely with residents, families, interdisciplinary team members, and community partners to support older adults experiencing responsive behaviours related to dementia, mental health, addictions, or other neurological conditions. This position also plays a key role in coordinating resident admissions and supporting families through the transition into long-term care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide counselling, coaching, care planning, and therapeutic support for residents and familiesSupport staff in the use of responsive behaviour approaches including PIECES and U-FirstCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate resident-centred interventionsComplete psychosocial and behavioural assessments for residentsParticipate in resident care conferences and BSO meetingsCoordinate admissions,
