Your New Role As the Operations Manager, you will be will be responsible for balancing the needs of the company as well as ensuring operational excellence and full compliance with the service agreement. You will be leading a team of Operations and Maintenance professionals, working with them to ensure your clients contract is being serviced. The ideal candidate brings proven experience overseeing a contract and exceptional stakeholder management skills. In this role,



you will be responsible for operational staff, budgets, property operations, and health and safety. What you’ll need to succeed 10+ years experience managing a large facility – government experience is preferred. Experience overseeing a government portfolio / property is preferred. Experience being responsible for operational & capital budgets. Strong knowledge of building systems including MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), HVAC, refrigeration, BAS (building automation systems). Exposure to soft facilities management.
