Some variation in the work pattern. Minor planning of content and/or limited choice of work method within general guidelines established by the supervisor. Consequences of error would cause minor to significant inconvenience or embarrassment and would be limited to the work section. Most errors could be corrected within one day to one week.The incumbent regularly deals with a range of more complex inquiries and requests for information. Contacts may include faculty, staff and students and external agencies.
