Application Deadline: 10/30/2026 Address: VIRTUAL59 - REMOTE/TELETRAVAIL - ON - BMO Job Family Group: Business Management This role will drive the successful delivery of Canadian Business Banking's customer remediation program. CBB needs to bolster critical customer profile data to support KYC and Tax monitoring. An external team has been established for inbound and outbound calling. This role will be responsible to oversee and represent this initiative. They will monitor the existing process, address deficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement and execute smooth change management of the process. They will also manage key relationships through the process including CBB leadership, front line sales and service personnel, technology, first and second line risk partners, and a team of 1 internal resource and ~30 contract agents. Supports the business/group leader in the effective implementation, maintenance and administration of first line of defense (1st LOD) programs (e.G., operational risk, AML, compliance, regulatory, etc.),
including overseeing business operations within the jurisdiction to ensure adherence and efficiency. Contributes to a solid risk management culture through collaboration with other first line employees, and second & third line functions to ensure Compliance, AML or operational risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and reported on an ongoing basis. Contributes to the business’ accountability for the delivery of regulatory programs across applicable Tier 1 Risk Types. Contributes to the design of governance and control requirements for products, processes, and channels. Supports the design, development, automation, and coordination of evidence based controls across Credit & Counterparty, Non Financial, Liquidity & Funding, Market, Strategic, Reputation, and Environmental & Social Risks.
