This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing branch, lead a dynamic team, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving operational success.If you enjoy leading teams, improving systems, and being both strategic and hands‑on — this role is for you.Position Summary – ResponsibilitiesPayroll ManagementOversee payroll for all branch employeesEnsure timeliness and accuracy of payrollEnsure technicians are following all protocolsRegularly review protocols and implement best practicesAct as the main point of contact for payroll‑related issuesOffice AdministrationMaintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environmentContinuously review collection and record‑keeping processes for improvementEnsure facility maintenance is completed efficiently and cost‑effectivelyCollaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, screening,
