This position reports to the Stockpiling Supervisor and requires knowledge of machinery and tools. You'll be responsible for yard maintenance, using hand and power tools, and supporting other personnel. The primary focus is on providing a safe and productive environment while achieving the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general labor tasks within the scrap yard
• Clean and maintain the yard to ensure safety
• Assist operators in machinery adjustments and alignments




• Load and unload materials to specified locations
• Report equipment deficiencies for maintenance actions
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Understanding of Health and Safety protocols
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to handle diverse workloads
• Strong attention to detail and mental alertness
