Located in Calgary, Alberta, Strathcona Resources is seeking an Engineering Co-Op Student to join the Production Engineering Cold Lake Team. This role will involve collaborating with field operations staff to optimize production rates, well designs, and reservoir efficiencies. Ideal candidates will begin their 12- or 16-month internship in January or May 2027, bringing energy and curiosity to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report daily production volumes
• Collaborate to troubleshoot well performance issues




• Ensure data quality for monitoring well pairs
• Create dashboards in Tableau for production analysis
• Assist engineers with daily project requirements
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a University Co-op or Internship program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
