Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patrons

• De-escalate crises and coordinate with emergency services
• Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security License and Basic First Aid is a plus
• Reliable BC Class 5 driver's license
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• Prior experience in security or customer service
• Ability to work versatile shifts, including nights and weekends
