In this pivotal recent role, you will coordinate and mentor a team of electrical drafters/designers while managing the preparation of project drawings and technical documents. Your expertise will influence overhead and underground transmission systems, with an emphasis on compliance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead a team in preparing detailed electrical drawings • Review designs for accuracy and compliance with standards • Mentor junior drafters and assign tasks efficiently • Coordinate with engineers and project managers on requirements • Identify project risks and recommend solutions

Requirements: • 10+ years of electrical drafting/design experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT • Strong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities • Eligibility for OACETT certification preferred
