About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Motion Graphics Designer to direct their motion graphics team in East London . This role involves conceptualizing and executing visually agile and engaging motion graphics for a variety of media, including broadcast, advertising, and digital content. You will lead the design process, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure the highest quality of execution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation, typography, and visual storytelling, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be instrumental in elevating the visual branding and narrative impact of their projects, fostering innovation and excellence within the design department, and contributing to the creative landscape of East London . Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of high-quality motion graphics for broadcast, digital, and marketing materials. Develop concepts and storyboards for animated sequences, ensuring they align with project objectives and brand identity. Oversee and mentor a team of motion graphics designers, providing creative direction and technical guidance.



Collaborate with art directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results. Ensure all motion graphics are technically sound, optimized for delivery, and meet project specifications. Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Expert proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling . Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
