Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Sort and price incoming donations efficiently
• Maintain tidy display areas and merchandise
• Process transactions using the POS system
• Ensure donation area cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
• Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
