Our industrial cleaning division delivers safe, effective, and technically advanced cleaning solutions across refineries, terminals, petrochemical facilities, and heavy industrial sites.As our tank cleaning operations continue to expand across Western Canada, we are seeking motivated Confined Space Entry / Tank Cleaning Technicians to join our field teams and support the execution of industrial tank and vessel cleaning projects.Position OverviewThe Confined Space Entry / Tank Cleaning Technician is a physically demanding field role responsible for supporting industrial tank cleaning operations in active operating facilities.This position works as part of a specialized field crew performing confined space entry, sludge removal, high‐pressure cleaning, and other industrial cleaning activities. Technicians work under the direction of Site Lead Hands and Project Supervisors to safely execute job plans and maintain high safety and performance standards.The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-focused, and comfortable working in challenging industrial environments including confined spaces, tanks, and vessels.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport field crews performing industrial tank and vessel cleaning operations. Perform confined space entry work inside tanks, vessels,



and industrial equipmentAssist with:Sludge removal and material handlingManual cleaning of tank floors and internal structuresHigh‐pressure water blasting operationsEquipment setup and teardownFollow all confined space entry procedures, safety protocols, and permit requirements..Work closely with Site Lead Hands and Supervisors to execute job plans efficiently.Maintain constant communication with attendants and rescue personnel during confined space operations.Assist with cleaning equipment including:Vacuum trucksHigh‐pressure water blasting equipmentPumps and hosesParticipate in:Job hazard assessmentsToolbox talks and safety meetingsMaintain a clean and organized worksite while ensuring all work is performed safely and professionally.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, or heavy industrial labor is mandatory.Comfortable working in:Confined spacesIndustrial environmentsPhysically demanding conditionsAbility to perform manual labor includes lifting, shoveling, pressure washing, and confined space work.Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow procedures and instructions.Ability to work long shifts and travel to job sites across Western Canada.Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.Valid driver's license is considered an asset.Preferred CertificationsCSTS / CSO or equivalentH2S AliveFirst Aid / CPRConfined Space EntryFall ProtectionAdditional industrial safety certifications are considered an asset.What We OfferCompetitive wages and overtime opportunitiesOpportunities to gain specialized experience in industrial tank cleaning operationsTraining and development to grow into Lead Hand and Supervisor rolesWork within a solid safety culture in a global industrial services organization
