We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a team of medical aestheticians and cosmetic injectors. As a leader you will effectively balance team development, sales performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience.The successful candidate will lead a strong multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and will be responsible for both the day-to-day performance of the clinic and the continued growth and development of its people.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing clinic teamDrive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and sales performanceProvide consistent sales coaching, feedback, and skill developmentMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate results into clear, actionable plansEstablish clear expectations and hold direct reports accountable for performance, conduct, and resultsAddress performance concerns promptly, professionally, and constructivelyFoster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture while maintaining high standardsOversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and client experienceEnsure operational standards and service expectations are consistently metManage multiple priorities with sound judgment, composure, and a solutions-focused approachSupport local marketing, community engagement,
