Pet Valu is searching for a dedicated Keyholder with at least two years of retail or customer service experience. You will manage store operations effectively, assist with sales, and engage with customers about pet products. This role also includes training local staff and managing daily store tasks in the absence of management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cashier duties and assist customers with purchases
• Prepare merchandise orders and manage banking tasks
• Stock small items and ensure store cleanliness
• Unload delivery vehicles and manage inventory
• Open and close the store following appropriate protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Outgoing personality with top-notch customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
