As a Fit4Less Host, you will participate in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks that align with the club's standards. You'll interact with members and guests, educating them about memberships and amenities while promoting a friendly workplace. Your role is crucial for ensuring safety and consistency to enhance the overall fitness experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club
• Engage and welcome members with friendly greetings
• Educate guests on membership options and amenities




• Promote black card memberships and their perks
• Report maintenance and cleanliness issues to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications preferred
• Ability to manage stress while providing excellent service
