Senior Specialist, Configuration Management Projects (L4) Ref#:45398 Toronto, Ontario About L3HARRIS WESCAM As a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies and within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment, the WESCAM division develops the most advanced optical sensor and targeting systems for global defense and military sectors, National Security, Search & Rescue and Airborne law enforcement agencies. From long-range covert surveillance missions to search and rescue operations, our MX-series systems, and the mission systems solutions they are a part of, produce stabilized high-magnification electro1-optical and infrared images from airborne, marine and ground based platforms, enabling our customers to see first and act first. About the Role The Sr. Specialist, Configuration Management Projects serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams,



leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, managing system improvements, and driving successful implementation of projects that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and business performance. Primary Responsibilities Lead complex business transformation, digitalization, and enterprise systems initiatives that improve operational performance and support departmental and organizational objectives. Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects involving ERP, PLM, MES, and related enterprise applications, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communications. Partner with business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, consultants, customers, and technical teams to define requirements, align objectives, and deliver effective business and technology solutions. Identify, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, testing scenarios, and implementation plans.



Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, standardization, integration, and continuous improvement. Facilitate workshops, reviews, and stakeholder meetings to drive collaboration, resolve issues, and gain alignment on business processes, policies, and technology solutions. Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, optimization, and integration of ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems, including product lifecycle management processes from concept through end-of-life. Ensure data integrity, master data governance, process compliance, system effectiveness, and adherence to organizational standards. Develop business reporting requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making and measure project success. Perform data analysis and lead investigations into complex business and system issues, utilizing root cause analysis and innovative problem-solving approaches to implement effective solutions. Provide project oversight by coordinating and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives and requirements. Lead organizational change management activities, including the development of training materials, user documentation, standard operating procedures, end-user training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
