NS Modular's purpose-built facility supports every phase of industrial project execution, with a foundation built on safety and a commitment driven by quality.NS Modular is growing, and we're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Pipe Fabrication Project Coordinator, whose primary responsibility is to support industrial piping and modular fabrication projects. and communityWhat You'll Be DoingSupport industrial pipe fabrication and modular projects from project award through final turnover and close-outMaintain project schedules, three-week and six-week lookaheads, progress trackers, and key milestone or RAS datesTrack fabrication progress by work package, CWP, spool, control number, FDI, weld status, or other project-specific requirementsSpend time in the fabrication shop and yard verifying actual project status and coordinating prioritiesCoordinate with Fabrication, Materials, QA/QC, Document Control, Construction Management, Yard, Logistics, vendors, and subcontractorsRead and interpret piping isometrics, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and related project documentationTrack drawing revisions and assist with RFIs and technical queriesMonitor material status, shortages, kitting, and fabrication readinessAssist with weld, NDE, PWHT, hydrotest, coating, galvanizing, and quality trackingCoordinate with external coating, galvanizing, NDE, transportation, and other subcontractorsAssist with load planning, bills of lading, staging, shipping, and delivery sequencingParticipate in client meetings and prepare or present project progress informationPrepare weekly progress reports, schedules, action registers, meeting minutes, and client deliverablesAssist with identifying and documenting scope changes, change request notices, progress quantities, billing support, and other commercial requirementsIdentify potential schedule, material, drawing, quality, fabrication, or logistics issues before they impact project milestonesSupport project close-out, MDRs, as-built documentation, and final client turnoverWhat You Bring To The TableJourneyperson certificate in Pipefitting is a strong assetIndustrial pipe fabrication and or module fabrication experienceWelding, fabrication, inspection, or QA/QC experience would be an assetPrevious work in oil and gas, industrial, mechanical,
