The project is distinguished by its proximity to an active nuclear site, requiring rigorous safety, planning and coordination standards.ResponsibilitiesYou will coordinate and manage the issuance and tracking of H&S; work permits for all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to anticipate permit needs and resolve issues efficiently.Manage the full process for issuing work permits (hot work, excavation, ground disturbance, Log Out Tag Out, lifying...) on BeSafe.Conduct regular audits of work permits and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with Construction, H&S;, Quality, and Planning teams to anticipate upcoming work permit needs.Review project documentation (drawings, diagrams, reports, contracts) to determine permits and approval requirements.Identify potential issues that could delay work and propose/implement mitigation measures.Act as a key interface between field teams and management, ensuring work is authorized, coordinated,
