• Prepare and deliver all meals for residents and guests
• Review menus and adjust based on needs and preferences
• Perform daily temperature audits for food storage




• Ensure meals meet therapeutic and special dietary requirements
• Participate in planning special themed meals
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate is mandatory
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and Canada's Food Guide
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand longer hours
• Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
