In this senior technical role, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in enterprise storage, backup, and replication technologies to design, maintain, and optimize mission-critical infrastructure that underpins E-Comm’s operations.Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure Services, this is a great opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior staff, and help shape our storage and backup architecture to support both current needs and future innovation.What You’ll DoLead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise storage and backup infrastructure, including NetApp Storage, NetBackup, Block & File Storage, S3, VMware VSAN, and disaster recovery/business continuity technologiesProvide advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and solutions for complex technical problems affecting storage, backup, and recovery systemsSupport application storage and recovery requirements (e.G.,



Databases, Messaging, Hypervisors)Deliver capacity planning, KPI metrics, reporting, and advisory services to internal and external stakeholdersAct as a subject matter expert for complex projects—contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architectureCollaborate with vendors, evaluate emerging technologies, and make recommendations for optimizationMentor and coach team members, participate in recruitment activities, and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s capabilitiesDevelop technical strategies, policies, processes, and documentation that promote operational excellenceParticipate in the on-call rotation, with occasional evening or weekend workWhat You BringDegree or diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in enterprise storage and backup infrastructureAdvanced knowledge of NetApp, NetBackup, VMware VSAN, cloud storage (S3), and disaster recovery/business continuity technologiesFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworksStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly and effectivelyProject management experience including requirements analysis, estimating, and vendor evaluationExcellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiencesAbility to coach, mentor, and guide technical staffProgramming ability in languages such as Go, Python, Ruby,
