Responsibilities include:Risk Framework and Policy - Develop, maintain, and communicate the TPRM risk policies and associated standardsTPRM Program - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous strengthening of the Enterprise TPRM program, establishing enterprise‑level governance, policies, standards, and practices that enhance TD's ability to effectively engage with third parties in support of its strategic objectives while managing the resultant risksOngoing Monitoring - Maintain ongoing monitoring standards and scorecard methodology, challenge business monitoring resultsRegulatory Change Management - Monitor and communicate new and amended third party related regulationsRisk Assessment Methodology - Maintain third party risk assessment methodology; monitor overrides, exceptions, and issues; assess reasonability and accuracy of risk ratings; recommend for approval pre‑classified low, critical, special category ratingsOversight, Review, & Challenge - Lead oversight, review, and challenge of TD's management of third party related top and emerging risks, the efficacy of key controls, regulatory compliancePolicy Adherence/Monitoring - Provide independent assessment to verify businesses are following TPRM policy requirementsRisk Appetite - Establish, maintain, monitor, and report TPRM Risk Appetite related statements, measures, and metricsRisk Measurement/Indicators - Develop, monitor and report third party risk indicators (includes reporting and monitoring at enterprise and business level, concentration risk, senior executive, and Board reports)Risk Oversight Forums - Lead the Third Party Risk Oversight Committee, ensuring top and emerging risks and potential control gaps are identified and flow into TD's Operational Risk Oversight CommitteeTraining - Oversee design,
