This position is ready to start in October and will have the opportunity to continue work into spring/summer. Typical start time is 4:00 am (on call) Sidewalk crews are given a 30/hr weekly guarantee. This work includes but is not limited to shoveling snow,



operating small engine equipment (backpack blowers, sweepers, & snow blowers), scraping ice, and assisting other departments as needed. Shovel snow and clear ice from all designated areas, including sidewalks, walkways, and entrance points. Apply salt, sand, ice melt, or gravel as required Operate and utilize machines such as snow blowers, sidewalk sweepers, and backpack blowers to clear snow efficiently Remove all garbage and debris from sites to maintain cleanliness standards What You Bring to the Table Able to work on-call during the winter season Demonstrated competency in using property maintenance equipment (shovels, snow blowers, backpack blowers, sweepers) Commitment to demonstrating high-quality workmanship, effective production, and exceeding safety requirements Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable Grow Your Career with Us Are you the ideal candidate for this role?
