As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of Workplace Retirement clients. You will act as a trusted partner to plan sponsors and intermediaries, leveraging your industry expertise and insights to shape plan outcomes, drive engagement, and deliver long‐term value.What you will doOwn the relationship strategy for a portfolio of Workplace Retirement clients, aligning service delivery with client objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions through effective communication and insightProvide guidance on plan design, governance, investments, and regulatory considerationsLeverage data and client insights to identify opportunities, manage risk, and recommend solutionsLead complex client initiatives (e.G., plan changes, implementations), coordinating cross‐functional partners to deliver resultsContribute to finalist presentations to support retention and current business opportunities by effectively articulating our value proposition and service modelAct as the voice of the client internally, ensuring a high‐quality and consistent client experienceManage issues and escalations with accountability and sound judgmentContribute to client retention and growth through service excellence, strategic advice, and support for sales activitiesWhat you will bring6–9 years of experience in workplace retirement or related financial services industryCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions aligned to client objectivesStrong understanding of client strategy and relationship buildingDemonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and influence decision‐makingStrong business acumen,



with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutionsAnalytical mindset with experience using data to identify insights and inform recommendationsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersProven ability to manage priorities, lead initiatives, and work effectively across teamsHighly driven, adaptable, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownershipStrong relationship‐building skills with clients, consultants, and internal partnersPost‐secondary education in a related field; industry designations (e.G., CEBS, RPA, CSC) are an assetWillingness to travel as requiredThe base salary for this position is between $66,150 - $110,250 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
