with a proven track record of coordinating crew operations, task assignments, and daily workflows.Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate a positive work environment for a team of up to 10 employees using Alstar Job Relations methods.Safety Leadership: Active commitment to driving the Alstar Safety Culture, maintaining secure work practices, and participating in the Leadership Training Program (including Leadership for Safety Excellence at the MSHA facility).Training & Development: Hands-on experience implementing Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) to ensure consistent, effective on-the-job training for all crew members.Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, blueprint reading expertise, and a dedication to quality standards and continuous improvement.
