The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A; is a key contributor within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for GIP. In this role, you will prepare and consolidate budgets and forecasts, provide insightful variance analysis, and deliver decision-ready reporting that supports executives and functional leaders in achieving GIP’s strategic and financial objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other corporate departments to drive financial discipline and support impactful business outcomes.FORECASTING, BUDGETING & FINANCIAL GOVERNANCESupport the development and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.Coordinate and manage assigned components of the corporate budget across central operations, including collecting inputs, tracking expenses, and preparing monthly variance analyses to support financial accountability.Support adherence to internal financial policies and internal controls across planning and reporting activities.FINANCIAL MODELING, ANALYSIS & STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPBuild and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions, ensuring assumptions and drivers are well documented.Partner with cross-functional leaders by providing analysis, reporting, and insights that align financial targets with business initiatives and cost-efficiency objectives.Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for high-impact initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and operational improvement opportunities.EXECUTIVE REPORTING, COMMUNICATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENTAssist with the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors, ensuring content is accurate, concise, and visually clear.Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting systems to improve speed, accuracy,



and decision-making support.POSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA an asset).3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles (experience in multi-entity or project-based environments is an asset).Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with high proficiency in Excel and solid PowerPoint skills.Strong understanding of financial statements, operational metrics, and key value drivers.Experience working with ERP and other core systems (e.G., JD Edwards or similar).WHAT WE OFFERExpected Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
