Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to fill the Caregiver role. In this position, you will support residents in activities of daily living (ADL) while promoting dignity and independence. Building meaningful relationships with seniors is at the core of your day, ensuring each resident feels valued and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs
• Document changes and follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety and foster independence for residents
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18 years
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and reliable approach to care
